1. Completing day one in the office yesterday at Our Savior's and reconnecting with staff and friends there. I am so appreciative of their welcome and help with the move and transitioning!
2. Discovering that the only people that use the pool are...well...me and Mom! Others think it's too hot during the day and the monsoon storms during the past evenings/nights have kept others away.
3. I don't have to wear a collar! Except for special occasions. Hallelujah!
4. We have discovered that church is just over 3 miles from home, and Target is less than 4 blocks away. Easy commute...I would say.
5. Being introduced at the Saturday afternoon service today at the East Mesa Campus.
6. Preparing for "My Call" presentation during the Adult Forum tomorrow morning.
7. Mom biking in Mesa! She loves the bike lanes and the wishes she had brought her bike along.
