CaringBridge for Popparone

Sometimes I don't have enough to say for one blog. Certainly I'm not important enough for two.

Last week I took on creating a CaringBridge website for my dad. It has been wonderful to document progress, struggles, and hopes and to receive notes of kindness, support, love, and care to my dad and our family.

So, I probably won't be updating on here as much over the next few days. Check out Pappa Neil's page instead. Feel free to read, drop a note, say a prayer.

As for other news, I talked to Pr. Mark (my supervisor) this morning and he encouraged me to stay at home these next days. Before this morning, I was planning on flying back to AZ for the weekend and the first part of next week. Then I was going to fly home for em and Colby's wedding, to return to the hot climate on the 12th. Now I am staying back in MN through the 12th.

It has all worked out...and for the best. I am thrilled to be able to stay close and help out with these next days at the hospital and the transition home to Osceola. My parents--especially my dad--are thankful too. It is such a blessing.

Thanks to Phyllis for making the logistics behind the dress straighten out.
