Baby It's Cold Outside...

It's not only one of my favorite Christmas songs, but it's a reality--relatively speaking, of course.

I just got home from church, and I am cold! It's 48 degrees in Mesa. Brrr...Today was the first day I wore socks and clogs. Every other day has been Chacos. What despair! The sun is hiding and northern Arizona is getting hit with snow.

I know, I know, I shouldn't complain...and I'm not. I'm lucky I don't have a negative sign in front of my temperature, like at home. In Osceola today, the wind chill factor was -30. Ah! I'm starting to get worried that my parents don't know where my winter jacket is.

Uh oh.

But I am enjoying the cold while it lasts. I was kindly reminded by a church member tonight that soon we'll be roasting like chestnuts on an open fire. Another uh oh.

Wherever you are tonight, I hope you are warm!

All the best,
HGJ
