Swimming in the Rain

My first thought this morning was, "blah." Now I don't want to spend my whole day saying that, so I thought I should do to commemorate Christmas in AZ in lieu of the family fun happening at home.

Cleaning? Needed, but no.

Running through the morning church service? Not fun. No.

Going for a jaunt around the neighborhood? It was raining.

So...I figured if I was going to get wet anyway, I might as well go swimming. So that's what I did!

So I swam and water jogged as I planned my children's sermon and channeled Gene Kelly's song--with my own twist of course.

I'm swimming in the rain,

I'm happy again!
