Rabbit, Rabbit!

December 1st, 2008.

My 10th grade math teacher always used to say "Rabbit, Rabbit" for good luck on the first day of the month. Superstitious? Of course. I fell for it. But I really like it because it officially marks a beginning. Another month to give more, love more, try more.

A year seems like a long time, but break it down into 12 Rabbit, Rabbits, and its nothing.

Ok, I'm officially crazy, or I'm really tired. Probably both.

I hate it when I can't sleep.

So, if this brings us more luck...or just plain fun...Rabbit, Rabbit.

Your friend,

HGJ

This is possibly my favorite post you've written. Sorry you couldn't sleep, but I'm glad for the result. I laughed out loud. What is it with rabbits? Around a campfire, when smoke would come your way, we'd always say "dead bunnies, dead bunnies, dead bunnies" 3x to get the smoke to drift away. Weird.
