Best Week...Ever.

The adventures from the past week seem like a distant memory. I haven't blogged in over a week! Oh my goodness. I don't even know where to begin...

(I would post pictures but the cd given to me doesn't like my computer...I'll work on that.)

The week was full of spending time with family and friends:

*celebrating birthdays, Christmas, and New Years

*cross country skiing at least twice a day--the snow was perfect--and of course Woofie was in tow as we skijorned! I truly miss the MN/WI seasons.

*getting measured for one bridesmaid dress and being asked to join another wedding party in July

*preaching at my home congregation

*playing my favorite games...and winning!

*having slumber parties with my favorite people

*sledding down my favorite hills

*eating my favorite foods

*playing Rockband with my brothers, sister-in-law, parents, aunt, and uncle

*singing Christmas carols with the family

*wishing I didn't have to come back to Arizona so soon!

All in all, it was a busy trip, but the most wonderful thing I could have asked for.

But the fun has not stopped.

I flew, along with my parents, back to my new home this afternoon. I have to say curbside check-in when its 10 below is not very fun. But we made it fine, Dad made it through without having his defibrillator go off, and we had a decently smooth flight.

It has been fun to show my dad where I've been the past few months, and my mom is excited to be biking again.

We are exhausted, but I am trying to hold out another hour or two before I crash so the time change doesn't mess me up in the morning. And then it's back to church life!

Hope your celebrations were spectacular!
For those of you who helped mine to be memorable, thank you.

Peace--
HGJ
